Academy Governance

Effective Date: June 2, 2026

These Student Terms govern participation in BeeJAO Academy and apply to all learners, trainees, participants, students and users of educational services provided through the BeeJAO ecosystem.

1. Introduction

These Student Terms (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between BeeJAO Global Limited (“BeeJAO”, “Academy”, “we”, “our” or “us”) and any individual participating in courses, training programs, certifications, workshops, mentoring sessions or educational services offered through BeeJAO Academy.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to:

  • Online courses
  • Virtual classrooms
  • Self-paced learning programs
  • Instructor-led training
  • Workshops and bootcamps
  • Professional certifications
  • Mentoring and coaching programs
  • Learning communities and forums
  • Digital learning resources

3. Student Eligibility

Students must:

  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Maintain valid contact information
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Meet any course-specific prerequisites where required

Students under the age of 18 may require parental or guardian consent depending on the nature of the program and applicable laws.

4. Student Accounts

Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Students must not:

  • Share login credentials
  • Provide unauthorized access to third parties
  • Impersonate another learner
  • Allow others to complete coursework on their behalf

5. Enrollment

Enrollment grants the student a limited, non-transferable right to access the purchased course or learning program.

Enrollment does not transfer ownership of course content or intellectual property.

6. Learning Content

BeeJAO Academy may provide:

  • Video lessons
  • Recorded sessions
  • Course notes
  • Templates
  • Assignments
  • Case studies
  • Research materials
  • Digital resources

Learning content is provided for educational purposes and may be updated, revised or improved over time.

7. Intellectual Property

All BeeJAO Academy content remains the intellectual property of BeeJAO Global Limited, instructors, licensors or content creators.

Students may not:

  • Redistribute course materials
  • Resell course content
  • Copy lessons for commercial use
  • Upload BeeJAO materials to other platforms
  • Share paid content without authorization

8. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct.

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Harassment or bullying
  • Discrimination or hate speech
  • Disruptive behavior
  • Academic dishonesty
  • Unauthorized recording of sessions
  • Unauthorized sharing of course materials
  • Fraudulent certification activities

9. Assessments and Assignments

Students must complete assessments honestly and independently unless collaborative work is specifically permitted.

BeeJAO reserves the right to invalidate assessments where academic misconduct is identified.

10. Certificates

Certificates may be issued upon successful completion of specified requirements.

BeeJAO reserves the right to:

  • Verify completion records
  • Withhold certificates where requirements are not met
  • Revoke certificates obtained fraudulently

11. Employment Disclaimer

Completion of a BeeJAO Academy program does not guarantee:

  • Employment
  • Promotion
  • Professional licensing
  • Business success
  • Specific income outcomes

Student success depends on individual effort, application of knowledge, market conditions and other factors beyond BeeJAO’s control.

12. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by the BeeJAO Refund Policy.

Students are encouraged to review the Refund Policy before enrollment.

13. Community Participation

BeeJAO may provide access to:

  • Discussion forums
  • Community groups
  • Networking platforms
  • Mentorship communities

BeeJAO reserves the right to moderate content and remove users who violate community standards.

14. Technology Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate internet access, devices and software necessary to participate in learning activities.

BeeJAO is not responsible for connectivity issues, device limitations or third-party service interruptions.

15. AI Learning Tools

Certain courses may incorporate artificial intelligence tools and technologies.

Students remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs and applying appropriate professional judgment.

16. Suspension and Termination

BeeJAO may suspend or terminate student access where:

  • Terms are violated
  • Fraud is suspected
  • Payment disputes occur
  • Academic misconduct is identified
  • Community standards are breached

17. Limitation of Liability

BeeJAO provides educational services on an “as available” basis.

To the extent permitted by law, BeeJAO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from participation in Academy programs.

18. Changes to These Terms

BeeJAO may update these Student Terms periodically to reflect operational, educational, legal or regulatory changes.

20. Acceptance
