BeeJAO Global Limited is committed to delivering high-quality products, services and learning experiences. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be granted and the circumstances under which refunds are not available.

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy applies to all BeeJAO Global Limited platforms, including:

  • BeeJAO Academy
  • BeeJAO Digital Market
  • BeeJAO AI & Software Development

2. General Refund Principles

BeeJAO evaluates refund requests fairly and in good faith.

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • The type of product or service purchased
  • Whether access has already been granted
  • Whether services have already commenced
  • The nature of the transaction
  • Applicable laws and regulations

3. Digital Products

Digital products include:

  • eBooks
  • Templates
  • Software downloads
  • AI resources
  • Business documents
  • Digital toolkits

Because digital products are delivered immediately and can be copied or downloaded, all sales are generally final.

Refunds will normally not be provided once access or download has been granted.

Exceptions may be considered where:

  • The product was not delivered
  • The file is corrupted and cannot be replaced
  • A duplicate payment occurred
  • A technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved

4. BeeJAO Academy Courses

Refund requests for training programs, workshops and courses must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds may be approved where:

  • No course content has been accessed
  • The learner has not participated in live sessions
  • The course has been cancelled by BeeJAO

Refunds will generally not be granted where:

  • Course materials have been accessed
  • Certificates have been issued
  • Live training sessions have been attended
  • Significant course content has been consumed

5. Consulting Services

Consulting engagements often require resource allocation, planning and preparation.

Deposits paid for consulting engagements may be non-refundable once project initiation activities have commenced.

Where work has already been completed, refunds will not normally be available.

Any exceptions shall be determined at BeeJAO’s discretion and may depend on the contractual agreement signed with the client.

6. AI & Software Development Services

Software development, AI implementation, automation projects and custom technology services are generally delivered based on agreed project milestones.

Payments made for completed project phases are non-refundable.

If a project is terminated before completion, any refund consideration will be based on:

  • Work already completed
  • Resources committed
  • Contractual obligations
  • Applicable project agreements

7. Marketplace Purchases

BeeJAO Digital Market may host products offered by independent vendors.

Vendors may establish specific refund terms for their products, subject to BeeJAO platform rules.

BeeJAO reserves the right to investigate disputes and determine appropriate resolutions where necessary.

8. TopUp Services

Airtime purchases, data subscriptions, utility payments and digital top-up services are generally non-refundable once successfully processed.

Refunds may only be considered where:

  • A duplicate transaction occurred
  • The service was not delivered
  • A processing error occurred

9. Duplicate Payments

Where duplicate charges are verified, BeeJAO will arrange an appropriate refund or account credit within a reasonable period.

10. Chargebacks

Users are encouraged to contact BeeJAO before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in account suspension or termination.

11. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 21 business days, depending on payment provider requirements.

Actual timelines may vary based on banking systems, payment processors and local regulations.

12. Nigeria and International Customers

BeeJAO serves customers in Nigeria, Africa and global markets.

Refund requests may be assessed in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements and the nature of the transaction.

13. Right to Refuse Refund Requests

BeeJAO reserves the right to refuse refund requests where:

  • Policy conditions have not been met
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
  • Services have already been fully delivered
  • Digital products have already been accessed or downloaded

14. Changes to This Policy

BeeJAO may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal or business changes.
