Standards for lawful, secure, ethical and responsible use of BeeJAO websites, platforms, learning environments, software, AI services and other digital resources.

Effective Date: September 9, 2026 Last Updated: September 9, 2026

BeeJAO Global Limited (“BeeJAO”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides digital platforms, professional services, learning environments, technology solutions, artificial intelligence services, software, digital content and related resources designed to support learning, innovation, entrepreneurship and organizational capability.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) establishes the standards that apply when any person or organization accesses or uses BeeJAO websites, applications, learning environments, products, services, accounts, systems, APIs, content or other digital resources.

By accessing or using BeeJAO services, you agree to use them lawfully, responsibly, ethically and in accordance with this Policy and any other applicable BeeJAO terms or agreements.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to learners, customers, prospective customers, affiliates, Business Development Partners, consultants, contractors, organizational and institutional users, platform users, software and AI-service users, and any other person accessing BeeJAO systems or digital resources.

Where another agreement between you and BeeJAO contains additional or more specific requirements, those requirements also apply.

2. General Acceptable Use

You may use BeeJAO services only for legitimate purposes consistent with the purpose for which the applicable service is provided. You are responsible for activities performed through your account and for taking reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials and access rights.

You must comply with applicable laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, contractual obligations, confidentiality obligations and the rights of other persons and organizations.

3. Prohibited Activities

Unlawful or Harmful Activity

You must not use BeeJAO services to engage in, facilitate, encourage or materially support unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, threatening, defamatory or otherwise prohibited activity.

Unauthorized Access

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to BeeJAO systems, another user’s account, databases, servers, applications, administrative interfaces, APIs, networks or third-party systems.

Malicious Technology

You must not knowingly introduce malware, ransomware, credential-stealing mechanisms, malicious scripts, destructive code, viruses or other harmful technology.

Unauthorized Security Testing

Penetration testing, vulnerability exploitation, scanning or similar activity against BeeJAO infrastructure is prohibited unless BeeJAO has expressly authorized it in writing.

4. Confidential, Proprietary and Third-Party Information

Important: BeeJAO services must not be used to improperly obtain, disclose, upload, process, reproduce, distribute, analyze, publish or commercially exploit confidential, proprietary, restricted or trade-secret information belonging to another person or organization.

This restriction includes information belonging to competitors, current or former employers, customers, clients, suppliers, vendors, business partners, government institutions, educational institutions, research organizations and any other third party.

Examples include, without limitation:

  • confidential business or strategic plans;
  • internal financial information or non-public pricing;
  • customer, learner, prospect or employee databases;
  • proprietary algorithms, private source code and software architecture;
  • trade secrets, formulas, methods and operating procedures;
  • product roadmaps and unreleased product information;
  • confidential contracts, internal reports and board materials;
  • passwords, API keys and authentication credentials;
  • private correspondence and restricted datasets;
  • personally identifiable information obtained without appropriate authority;
  • unpublished research or restricted academic material; and
  • documents marked confidential, proprietary, restricted, internal or equivalent.

Competitor Confidential Information

BeeJAO services must not be used to acquire, analyze, reproduce, reverse engineer, disclose or commercially exploit a competitor’s confidential or proprietary information where the user does not have lawful authority to possess or use that information.

Lawfully obtained public competitive intelligence may be used where its collection and use are lawful. Information does not become permissible merely because it may provide a competitive advantage.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have an appropriate legal right, authorization or legitimate basis to submit, process or use any non-public information through BeeJAO services.

5. AI Systems, Agentic AI and Confidential Information

Users must exercise particular care when using artificial intelligence, automation, software-development, analytical or agentic AI functionality provided through BeeJAO.

You must not enter into an AI system, practical exercise, software environment, prompt, dataset, agent workflow or other BeeJAO service any information that you are not authorized to disclose or process, including:

  • trade secrets;
  • competitor confidential information;
  • confidential employer, customer or client information;
  • passwords, API keys or security credentials;
  • restricted personal data;
  • proprietary source code you are not authorized to process;
  • classified or legally restricted information; or
  • other information whose disclosure would breach a legal, contractual, fiduciary, professional or confidentiality obligation.

Participation in a BeeJAO course, laboratory, project, assessment, demonstration or AI experiment does not override any existing confidentiality obligation. Where practical exercises require data, users should use authorized, synthetic, anonymized, public or appropriately licensed information unless BeeJAO expressly provides otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

Users must respect copyrights, trademarks, patents, database rights, software licenses, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights.

You must not use BeeJAO services to distribute pirated material, unlawfully reproduce copyrighted works, misrepresent another person’s work as your own, circumvent licensing restrictions, improperly extract proprietary databases, distribute unauthorized software copies or infringe BeeJAO or third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Learning and Assessment Integrity

Users of BeeJAO Academy must maintain appropriate academic and professional integrity. Learners must not impersonate another learner, allow another person to complete assessments on their behalf, manipulate completion records, falsify certificates, fraudulently represent course completion, interfere with assessment mechanisms or obtain restricted assessment materials without authorization.

The permitted use of AI in individual courses or assessments may be further defined within the applicable learning activity.

8. Accounts and Identity

Users must provide materially accurate information where registration information is required. You must not impersonate another person or organization, create accounts for fraudulent purposes, sell or transfer accounts where transfer is not authorized, deliberately circumvent account restrictions, misuse another person’s credentials or manipulate learning, transaction, referral or commission records.

9. Affiliate and Business Development Partner Abuse

BeeJAO Affiliate Program participants and Business Development Partners must not engage in false or misleading advertising, fraudulent referrals, prohibited self-referral, cookie stuffing, artificial traffic, misleading representations concerning BeeJAO, unauthorized trademark use, referral manipulation, fabricated transactions or other attempts to obtain commissions or benefits improperly.

The applicable Affiliate Agreement or Business Development Partner Agreement may establish additional requirements.

10. Automated Access, Scraping and System Interference

Unless expressly authorized by BeeJAO, users must not use bots, crawlers, scripts, agents, scraping tools, automated requests or similar mechanisms in a manner that imposes unreasonable loads on BeeJAO infrastructure, circumvents access controls, extracts protected information, interferes with service availability, defeats technical restrictions or materially degrades the experience of other users.

Legitimate search-engine indexing and automation expressly supported or authorized by BeeJAO are excluded from this restriction.

11. Data and Privacy

Users must respect the privacy and data-protection rights of others. Personal information must not be collected, uploaded, processed, disclosed or otherwise used through BeeJAO services without an appropriate lawful basis, authorization or legitimate entitlement.

Use of BeeJAO services is also subject to the applicable BeeJAO Privacy Policy.

12. Platform Security

Users must not attempt to disable, bypass, defeat, reverse engineer, interfere with or circumvent security, authentication, access-control, usage-control or technical-protection mechanisms implemented by BeeJAO.

If you discover a suspected security vulnerability affecting BeeJAO, you should report it responsibly rather than exploit it or disclose it publicly in a manner that creates additional risk.

13. Enforcement

Where BeeJAO reasonably determines that this Policy has been violated, BeeJAO may take proportionate action, including issuing a warning, restricting functionality, suspending access, terminating an account, removing prohibited content, reversing ineligible commissions where permitted by the applicable agreement, preserving relevant records, investigating suspected misuse or taking other action reasonably necessary to protect BeeJAO, its users, partners, systems or legal interests.

Where required or permitted by applicable law, serious unlawful activity may be reported to appropriate authorities.

14. Reporting Misuse

Suspected misuse of BeeJAO services may be reported through the official Contact Us page or another designated BeeJAO support channel. Reports should provide sufficient information to enable BeeJAO to understand and investigate the issue.

Do not include unnecessary passwords, authentication credentials or unrelated confidential information when submitting a report.

15. Changes to This Policy

BeeJAO Global Limited may update this Policy periodically to reflect changes in services, technology, security requirements, legal obligations or business operations. The effective or updated date displayed on this page indicates the current version.
